A Constantly Evolving Space
Like a living organism, our studio is ever expanding, improving, and maturing. What started as a spartan airplane hanger 15 years ago has been transformed, one day at a time, into an industrial modern work of art. Every detail was intentionally designed, and every piece of art on the walls curated. We're not finished with it yet, either. Come see what it looks like today, because tomorrow might be different.
Full Service Amenities
At Ravenspace, we offer a range of amenities designed to make your experience comfortable and productive. Enjoy unlimited access to snacks, cold drinks, and fresh coffee throughout your visit. Need a spot for teamwork or privacy? Take advantage of our collaborative spaces, including private rooms and conference areas. We also provide essential office supplies, a printer, and a dedicated green room for wardrobe changes or downtime, so you can focus on what matters most—your project or event.
Airport Access
Situated on SkyPark airport and located 15 min from SLC International airport, the studio has ideal aerial access.
High Speed Fiber Internet
With a true dedicated 200 MB upload/download fiber connection, you'll have blazing fast internet available on any part of the property.
Drinks + Snacks
Make yourself at home with snacks, cold drinks, coffee, etc.
Office Supplies / Printer
Looking for a pen? A stapler? Forgot to print off that document? Got you covered.
Parking
The studio lot has a minimum of 35 parking spots, with flexibility to fit more vehicles if necessary. Easy access for box trucks and large trailers.
Bluetooth PA/Speaker System
In the main stage, enjoy ceiling mounted directional speakers connected to a bluetooth and mic capable receiver box.
Climate Control
Maintain a perfect room temp any season of the year. Dual thermostats allow for different temperatures in both halves of the building.
Easy Loading
With large 10'x12' ground level roll up doors across the studio, loading in or out is about as easy as it gets.
Customization
The Cyc wall can be painted any color and there is great flexibility in what can be hung or placed in the studio spaces.
Green Room / Wardrobe
The perfect place for talent or VIP's to hang out. Production wardrobe is also available for rent.
Collaborative Spaces
Private rooms, conference rooms, and open areas. We have a space right for the occasion.

- Listed prices reflect the full day rate.
- Full Day Rentals are 7-12 hrs.
- Minimum rental period is 4 hrs.
- If the minimum time is booked, a maximum of 30 people are allowed.
- Half Day Rentals then are 4-6 hrs and billed at half the day rate. i.e - A Main Stage weekday rental for 5-6 hrs with 51-75 people is $1,000.
- Any usage of the studio outside of the agreed time frame will automatically move the rental to the next highest fee structure or incur overtime, whichever is greater.
- Overtime is 1.5 x the hourly rate which is calculated as the full day rate divided by 10 hrs. i.e - The weekday hourly overtime rate for 1-25 people in the Lobby Area is $25 x 1.5 or an overtime rate of $37.50 per hour.
- When the Main Stage is rented, all other spaces are half price (but no less than $250/day) for the same rental period.
- Full payment of rental fees is due at the time of first arrival for the event by Check, Cash, or previously by ACH.
